TRANSFORM worked with Inclusive Business Sweden (IBS) to research the potential of peer-to-peer technologies and models in encouraging behavioural change and sharing of sanitation services in developing markets where 40 percent of people do not have access to a toilet, but where smartphone penetration and mobile money adoption is increasing. Inclusive Business Sweden explored how using digital tech and business models can be used to scale and formalise sanitation services.
