TRANSFORM is helping NaijaCare to pivot to provide COVID-19 specific support to patent and proprietary medicine vendors (PPMVs) during the pandemic.

The challenge

PPMVs are crucial providers of health information and products in Nigeria. As COVID-19 arrived in Nigeria and access to health products and services became at risk, NaijaCare set out to ensure that PPMVs could continue to serve the needs of their communities.

Ensuring PPMVs have the required information and equipment to help their communities through the pandemic, and that consumers are aware of benefits of hand hygiene in maintaining good health and protecting against COVID-19.
